Strategic
Plan
The 2007 – 2010 Strategic Plan is the first to be
developed since the Sunraysia Mallee Economic Development Board
(SMEDB) became a Section 86 committee of Mildura Rural City Council
(MRCC). The Board has been heavily involved in Council’s
strategic planning process, attending numerous community consultations
throughout the municipality, including a specific economic and
business stakeholder consultation.
The information gathered during
the community consultation process has enabled the Board to identify
the strengths, challenges, opportunities and risks to the Mildura
region economy.
